Pepsi sets to thrill movie enthusiasts with the taste from the future

KUALA LUMPUR, 27 July 2018 – Pepsi, the world-renowned cola-flavored beverage made to quench your thirst is giving Malaysians more reasons to head over to the movies. Movie enthusiasts will now be able to enjoy the thrills of the latest action-packed blockbusters or horror scream fests alongside the new Pepsi that has an exhilarating bold taste with no calories, and is now available at TGV Cinema outlets nationwide.



The new Pepsi provides movie lovers with a healthier beverage option to enjoy with their preferred snacks. Coined as the “drink from the future”, the new Pepsi was introduced earlier in the year with Malaysians enjoying its bold taste with no calorie. Since then, it has become the drink of choice for those wanting to enjoy their favorite cola brand Pepsi without the guilt but with the same thirst-quenching satisfaction derived from the bold taste of Pepsi.

KUALA LUMPUR, 24 April 2018 – The world-renowned cola-flavored beverage recently debuted its newest drink, Pepsi Black. Coined as the “drink of the future”, Pepsi promises to provide consumers with a bolder taste with zero-calorie and Malaysians can now enjoy their favorite drink with uncompromised cola taste without feeling guilty.

In line with encouraging Malaysians to Drink the Future Now, Pepsi has partnered with Shell for the “Futuristic Monobike” contest to stand a chance to win amazing prizes. From 1st April to 30th April, consumers can head down to their nearest Shell Select outlet and purchase 2 bottles of Pepsi Black PET 400ml in a single receipt, answer a simple question and send the answer to the number provided via WhatsApp, together with their details and a clear photo of the whole receipt as proof of purchase.



Prizes up for grabs include the Pepsi Monobike each for two grand prize winners, five Macbook Air 128GB each for first prize winners, five iPhone 8 64GB each for second prize winners. That is not all, RM100 cash vouchers will also be given away to 100 consolation winners. However, each participant is allowed to win only one (1) prize throughout the whole contest period. KUALA LUMPUR, 28 March 2018 – Pepsi, the world-renowned cola-flavored beverage made to quench your thirst, announces a NEW cola. The new Pepsi promises to bring the future to Malaysians today by providing a zero-calorie product without compromising on the bold cola taste. This means that consumers can continue to enjoy their favorite cola brand Pepsi without having the guilt as they will be consuming a no calorie drink.

This innovative product and exciting beverage of the future, which is now available at all retailers and outlets across the nation, is built on consumers’ changing sentiments towards the consumption of flavored carbonated soft drinks. More consumers are becoming health conscious seeking for healthier beverage option but still look forward to the satisfaction derived from the bold taste of Pepsi. The new Pepsi checks all the boxes in that it will not compromise on taste at all and will maintain the exact flavor.

As part of the exciting new launch, Etika has erected a huge outdoor display that will alert Pepsi fans of the new Pepsi availability. Located on Wisma Damansara along Jalan Semantan, the outdoor display, attached with a countdown timer, will feature a descending chiller that will be lowered a few meters each day until 30 March 2018. The countdown timer and chiller will be visible and begin seven days before launch from 23 March onwards. In the chiller are bottles of Pepsi, made to signify how the highly anticipated, futuristic product variant will soon reach consumers in Malaysia.



Once the countdown reaches zero, an exciting lineup of activities will take place at Wisma Damansara where consumers and Pepsi fans will be delighted with various fun and interactive games. There will also be ample opportunity to try out the new Pepsi and experience the true bold taste of cola as the drink from the future will be lowered alongside the chiller on the billboard.  Consumers are encouraged to have the first of the product and join in the fun on 30 March.
